The Company is committed to operate its business in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable manner, while recognizing the interest of all its stakeholders. The whole direction is to generate community goodwill for the Company and socially responsible image as a good corporate citizen of the country. The CSR Committee of the Board comprise (a) Mr. Gautam Day, Managing Director, (b) Mr. Ranajit Dey, Joint Managing Director, (c) Dr. Amit Kumar Roy, Independent Director. Mr. Gautam Dey is the Chairman of the Committee. All the members of the Committee were present at the CSR Committee meeting held on 16thNovember, 2020.
