Instructions are provided for remote e-voting, which begins on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. and ends on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 5:00 P.M. Shareholders holding securities in demat mode can vote through their demat account. Members are encouraged to join the Meeting through Laptops for better experience.
