  • In case of full rejection or partial allotment, refunds will be processed through Electronic Fund transfer to the bank account linked with the demat account of the shareholders. No interest will be payable on subscription amount so refunded.
  • For applications of Rs. 50,000 or more, applicants must mention their Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Income Tax Circle/Ward/District, and enclose a copy of PAN.
  • Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
  • The offer is exclusively for existing equity shareholders.
  • Applicants must provide full name, DP ID, Client ID, and application serial number in all communications.
  • Equity Shares will be allotted only in dematerialized form to the same depository account where the existing Equity Shares are held.
