The Board of Directors considered and approved the following:
Approval for entering into a Joint Venture Agreement with M/s. Mayekawa Mfg. Co. Ltd Japan for manufacturing of Screw Compressors.
Approval for Incorporation of New JV Co. with the proposed name MYCOM-FIL India Private Limited or such other name as approved by the Central Registration Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Detailed disclosures regarding Regulation 30(6) and Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD 1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023 will be provided in due course upon signing the Joint Venture Agreement.
